We have moved a few times in my working life so I can say with a little experience that this move has been the least stressful ever. The professionalism, courteousness, efficiency and most importantly care shown by Dale, Chris and Andrew during loading and unloading was very reassuring. While the weather for unloading was not good, the extra care taken to protect our house and the assistance provided to reassemble and position furniture was also appreciated.Thanks also to you and Kylie for your assistance to set up the move.

Just wanted to say thank you from George and I for your boys’ efforts moving us yesterday. They made the whole process easy and uncomplicated for us. They were incredibly professional and careful, making sure that all of our furniture was moved without being damaged. I would recommend them to anyone and have to say that we wouldn’t use anyone else to move.

While it is still fresh in my mind I just wanted to let you know how great Brendan & Zac were last Thursday for our move. They we’re on time, had a great attitude – nothing too hard or difficult to do. Our move wasn’t easy because of the access and they made it look easy. They really helped one of the most stressful days be a lot less than that. Also thanks Kylie for fitting us in, we’re really pleased we went with our friends recommendation.

Just want to write a short note to thank Black Diamond for the excellent job you did without house move. The guys were so very helpful in helping us move and knew how people are pretty ‘precious’ when moving into a newly built house. The care that they took moving all the furniture was fantastic. Moving large cabinets, TV’s and fridges up stairs is not an easy job but the guys did it with ease. Once again thanks a lot as you took a lot of the stress out of the move. If we do move again (hopefully not for a while) we will be using Black Diamond for sure!!!

Just wanted to thank you for the great service the guys gave when we had them booked on Good Friday….they were fantastic!!!..I think your hubby even turned up..lol…the staircase was a nightmare and your hubby did it like it was nothing… I’ll def be using you guys again…and be recommending you to everyone i know..even clients i dont..hahhaha
